Forging Fantasy That Lasts
Founded in 2025 by fantasy authors Rainer Meri and Alex Xanthe, Engrave Publishing is an independent, author-owned publishing house created to bring our own stories to readers without compromising on quality or creative vision.
Our journey began with Rainer’s debut novel, Inferno’s Silence, released in September 2025, followed by Alex’s The Oracle of Ixic in August 2026. Our goal was simple: to publish each of our books to the professional standards we expect as readers ourselves, while retaining complete creative ownership.
Engrave is our publishing home—a place where we can give each story the time, care, and attention it deserves, without shaping it around publishing trends or release schedules.
What We Publish
Engrave is not an acquiring publisher and does not accept manuscript submissions. Our catalogue is dedicated to the works of Alex Xanthe and Rainer Meri.
Our books may differ in setting, style, and story, but they share an emphasis on originality, immersive worldbuilding, complex characters, and emotional depth.
Our Process
Every Engrave title undergoes a professional editorial and design process to ensure quality from manuscript to final print. We care about the full reading experience, including content, layout, and presentation, and bring each work to completion with care and intention.
